In the FALL, it is time to Winterize your Sprinkler System!
We schedule sprinkler winterization services each year, starting October 15th through November 30th.
Each fall, irrigation systems need a “blowout” to protect the system and minimize the risk of freeze damage.
Any remaining water can freeze, expand, and crack the piping even if you have turned off the system.
Freezing water in your system’s backflow assembly could damage the internal components and possibly crack.
Protect and maintain your irrigation system by setting up an appointment for us to Winterize the System by blowing out the lines.
In the SPRING, it is time to Turn your Sprinkler System back on!
We Schedule Sprinkler Turn-ON Services in the Spring each year.
Each spring, irrigation systems need to be turned back on and inspected.
Because your sprinkler system has been turned off during the winter months, it is important to inspect the lines for any cracks in the piping or sprinkler heads as we restart your system. We will also inspect the system’s backflow assembly and check for any damage to the internal components.

Irrigation / Sprinkler System FALL Winterization & SPRING Turn-On Services
Fall / Winterization Service
Winterization / Blowout $120 + tax* – Services include turning off the water at the main control valve, opening bleeder valves on the backflow device, manually draining water from the system, blowing compressed air through the system, and ensuring all water has been purged. (Listed price includes up to (6) zones. Each additional zone will be $9.50).
*– Our Winterization services start October 15th and conclude on November 30th. All winterizations requested within that time frame are guaranteed to be complete by November 30th. Any Winterizations requested after November 30th will default to a service call pricing of $150 + tax plus additional zone costs if applicable

Spring Turn-On Service
Spring Turn-On (“de-winterize”) $125.00 + tax – Services include turning on the water at the main control valve, opening bleeder valves on the backflow device, and flushing water through the system to ensure all air has been purged out.
We will de-winterize your sprinkler system and inspect each zone, ensuring all sprinklers function properly. (Irrigation System Startup to include up to (6) zones. Each additional zone will be $9.50)
We DO NOT perform a “Backflow Certification Test,” which the city requires each year.
